Throughout my time in the work force and information gained from my education, I have acquired a variety of skills and learnings that have helped me throughout my career as a student, and a professional. Skills

From the skills that are listed on my resume, those are just a few that I deemed important to highlight. Personal skills have a huge impact on technical skills. I find myself to be understanding, caring, and a great listener. I am always willing to lend an ear to anyone who needs it. Qualities like those creates great professionals and leaders. I have advanced my skills in all Microsoft services, especially Excel. I also have experience with Python programming, Database Management, SAP programs, project management concepts, NetSuite, SQL, AI and Agile methodologies. I also have gained confidence in my public speaking with having to do many different versions of presentations in front of my peers.

As a professional leader in my current role, I have found that I am able to use these skills more often than not. At my current job, I must ensure that organization is my top priority. One of my biggest roles is being the schedule writer. I am responsible for ensuring over 100 employees are scheduled based on their availability and other needs. With that I have gained skills on forecasting, projections, and meeting needs of the business. Doing this specific job has taught me a lot of aspects of the inner workings of a business, showing where small changes can save money, or time not used in one area can be used in another to add efficiency. I also have gained interview skills, being a leader, having difficult conversations, and a big one is learning how to maintain the workplace culture that is so prominent at Wegmans.
