My education starts with my home town. I grew up in Girard PA and attended all three levels of schooling here. Most of my major learnings came from High School. I attended girard high school taking various courses in different subjects. I excelled in sciences and english courses, but found my real passion as a leader in my junior year of high school. From there, I chose to attend Penn State Behrend for a business degree in Management Information Systems.

My college journey is a lot different than my high school journey. College throws you into a whole different world. You gain a massive amount of independence that you are honestly not that prepared for. I learned quickly that my education was now my responsibility, which was a hard pill to swallow. It took a lot of adjustment time, but in the end I got the hang of it.
By my third year in college I went through 5 different major changes from Management Information Systems to Project and Supply Chain Management, Cyber Security, Risk analytics and then finally back to Management Information Systems. In-between those changes I chose to take a year off from school. Here I was able to gather a lot of work force experience that I would not trade for anything. It taught me things that I would have to wait to learn until after college, and now that I have the knowledge, it is a great tool to utilize while in classes again.
My graduation date is set for December 2025. I will then have my bachelors in Management Information Systems. I plan to work in my field for a few years, and then pursue my masters in Data Science to then become a Data Science.
I am very grateful for the education that I have received from Penn State Behrend, and I would not choose any other school in my future!
